NepMeals Account Deletion
This page explains how NepMeals users can request account deletion and what happens to account-related data after deletion.
How to request account deletion
- Sign in to your NepMeals account (customer, rider, or restaurant partner app).
- Open Settings/Profile and select Delete Account.
- Complete verification and submit the deletion request.
If you cannot access the app, request deletion by emailing [email protected] from your registered email, with subject: Account Deletion Request.
Data deleted after account deletion
- Profile identity fields such as name, email, and phone are removed or anonymized.
- Saved addresses and profile preferences are removed from active account use.
- Active login sessions and push tokens are revoked.
Data that may be retained
- Certain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security records may be retained as required by applicable law and compliance obligations.
- Where possible, retained records are minimized and/or de-identified from direct personal profile data.

Optional data-only deletion requests (without full account deletion) can also be submitted to [email protected] from your registered email.
